Our Staff

Gym Director, Cheerleading, and Tumbling Coach, Erin Johnson,
earned a B.S. in Biology and Sports Medicine from Shepherd
University. She was a four year Shepherd University Varsity
cheerleader, captain her last two years. She was also the catcher
for Shepherd’s softball team. Before college, she cheered for
football and basketball and was the captain of the competition
cheerleading squad at Chantilly HS in Chantilly, Virginia. She was
also captain of the Varsity gymnastics team and the State Champion
softball team. Erin has coached cheerleading, tumbling, and
gymnastics for 20 years. She is a certified judge of high school and
all star cheerleading. Erin currently serves as the USASF Houston
area Credentialing tester and on the Small Gyms Task Force. She is
also on the Cheer Coach & Advisor magazine’s Coaches Panel. She is
ARC CPR, ARC First Aid, and USAG Safety Certified. She is also USASF
Tumbling Levels 1-5, Stunting Levels 1-5, and Tosses Levels 1-5
credentialed.

Tumbling Director and Head All-Stars Coach, Ron Swanson,
earned a B.S. in Graphic Design from Pittsburg State University in
Pittsburg, KS. He cheered for 4 years and competed at UCA College
Nationals every year winning the National Championship in 2001. He
has been coaching all-star cheerleading and tumbling for 15 years.
Ron also served 8 years in the Army National guard before college.
He is a certified judge of high school and all star cheerleading. He
is ARC CPR, ARC First Aid, and AACCA Safety Certified. He is also
USASF Tumbling Levels 1-5, Stunting Levels 1-5, and Tosses Levels
1-5 credentialed.
Head Tumbling and All-Stars Coach, Stephanie Lee,
holds a B.S. in Kinesiology degree from the University of Texas.
She is also a certified personal trainer and the Fitness Manager at
24 Hour Fitness. While at UT, Stephanie was on the UT gymnastics
team, as well as participated as a dance choreographer and was on
numerous dance teams. Stephanie is a graduate of Cypress Creek High
School. While at Cy-Creek, she was on the Silverado Drill Team.
She was also a competitive gymnast for 8 years. She is ARC CPR, ARC
First Aid, and USAG Safety Certified. She is also USASF Tumbling
Levels 1-5, Stunting Levels 1-5, and Tosses Levels 1-5 credentialed.
Head Hip-Hop Coach, Jennifer King, grew up in South
Florida where she began to dance and became a member of her high
school drill team. While attending Florida Atlantic University to
obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Education, she began working as a
professional cheerleader for the NFL Miami Dolphins. Jennifer
cheered/danced for the Miami Dolphins for 9 years, 5 of which she
was Captain. After managing dual careers as a 2nd grade teacher and
professional cheerleader she hung up her pom-pons and began a
family. Jennifer continued to work for the Miami Dolphins as a
coach for the Junior Dolphin Dancers and game-day assistant until
the day she left South Florida to move to Texas. Jennifer joined
the SCA staff in the Spring of 2009.
Lil’ Flippers and Mother’s Day Out Director, Lizanne Crocker,
studied at Texas Christian University. She taught preschool at
Rosehill Christian School for 5 years and also served as the school
librarian for 4 years. While at Rosehill, she coached the junior
high cheerleaders. Prior to working at RCS, she taught homeschool
PE and was a personal fitness assistant with the YMCA for 5 years.
Lizanne is USAG Safety Certified, ARC First Aid, CPR, and AED
certified, as well as participates in PTAC and other annual training
seminars. She is the proud mom of Christian, Hannah, and Micah, whom
have all participated on our tumbling, cheer and hip-hop teams.
Tumbling and All-Star Cheerleading Coach, Tina Kramer,
cheered at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California. She was
a Varsity cheerleader at Etiwanda High School in California. She
also competed as an all-star cheerleader at RC Club Cheer, CA. She
cheered at the Aloha Bowl as an NCA All-American. Prior to moving
to Texas, she coached tumbling, gymnastics and cheer at Dynasty
Gymnastics. Tina is USAG Safety Certified, ARC First Aid, and CPR
certified. She is the proud mom of Alana and Taylinn, who are both
Spinner All-Star cheerleaders.
Tumbling & All-Stars Coach, Mike Brown, earned a
B.A. in Christian Education from BIOLA University in California. He
was a competitive gymnast with several state championship titles.
He used that gymnastics background to get involved in soccer,
baseball, wrestling, track & field, mountain biking, snowboarding
and just about any athletic sport he could find. He spent over 7
years as a youth pastor and has been faithfully involved in youth
ministry since age 18. He has been a High School Teacher and most
recently a Teaching Parent at Boys & Girls Country. He is the proud
uncle of Alana and Taylinn, who are both Spinner All-Star
cheerleaders. He is excited about working with Fellowship of
Christian Athletes at SCA, as well as his coaching duties. Mike is
CPR and First Aid Certified.
Tumbling and All-Stars Coach, Mandy Schmidt,
graduated from Colorado State University with her Nursing Degree and
she is back at SCA! Prior to nursing school, Mandy attended and
graduated from Sam Houston State University. Prior to college,
Mandy was the captain of the Varsity cheerleading squad at Rosehill
Christian School and was a member of the 2002 FCC National Champions
Squad. Mandy was chosen to compete in the All-American competition
and was named an FCC All-Star. She was also one of a select group of
athletes asked to apply to work on the FCC Staff after her senior
year of high school. Mandy is a certified judge of school and
all-star cheerleading. Mandy has been with SCA since we
opened.
Hip-Hop, Tumbling Coach, and All-Stars Coach, Terrance
Hamilton, is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University
with a B.S. in History. Prior to college, Terrance attended Tomball
HS, where he was a Varsity football player. Terrance was a
competitive gymnast before his interests changed to tumbling, dance,
and cheerleading. Terrance loves working with kids and his energy
is contagious! Terrance is USAG Safety Certified, ARC CPR and First
Aid Certified. Coach “T” is the proud father of our newest future
Spinner, Charlee.

Tumbling and Jr. Spinners Coach, Jessica Lee, is currently
a student at Cypress Creek
High School.
She has competed in gymnastics, cheered, and tumbled for nine
years and she is currently on the Cy-Creek Varsity Cheerleading
squad. Jessica has been
a Spinner All-Star Cheerleader/Dancer and tumbler with SCA since we
opened. Jessica is an
All-American Cheerleader.
Jessica currently works with the Lil’ Spinners and Mini
Hip-Hop, as well as competes
on our Senior Spinners.
She also teaches Lil’ Flipper’s Tumbling and Gymnastics.
Jessica is ARC First Aid and CPR certified.
Tumbling Coach, Hannah Herrington, is currently a
studying at Lonestar College. She has been cheering, dancing and
tumbling for Spring Creek Athletics since we opened. She is
currently competing as a Super Senior on the Integrity cheer
team. Hannah currently works with a variety of teams and teaches
Lil’ Flipper’s, Mini Tumblers and school age Tumbling classes.
Hannah is USAG Safety Certified, ARC First Aid and CPR certified.
Summer Staff, Kylie Farrell, is currently pursuing
degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Business. She is currently
cheering and attending Texas State University. She completed two
years at Blinn College on a cheerleading scholarship. Kylie is a
former competitive gymnast and power tumbler. She has been cheering
both school and all-stars for 7 years, and is a former Tomball High
School cheerleader. She has competed at USASF Cheerleading Worlds in
Florida twice on level 5 teams. She also competed on the THS Varsity
Competitive squad and was awarded Best Tumbler all four years. Kylie
is a 2 time NCA All American. She is also a former UCA Staff member,
working as a cheer instructor for both junior high and high school
squads. Kylie has been coaching gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling for
5 years.
Summer Camp Staff, Josh Trammell, is pursuing a BS
in Health and Exercise Science at Oral Roberts University. Before
college, he played football and basketball and was co-captain of the
varsity team his senior year at Waller HS. He loves working
with kids, with experience coaching basketball, soccer, and working
Vacation Bible School. He loves to run, jump and play with the kids
and practices Parkour in his free time.
Summer Camp Staff and Tumbling Coach Amanda Parmer,
is currently finishing her degree at Texas State University. Amanda
has been a cheerleader for ten years. She was a four year Waller
High School competitive cheerleader, Varsity Captain her senior year
and JV captain her sophomore year. She was also the involved in
theatre, FCA and class Vice-President while at Waller High School.
Amanda has coached cheerleading and tumbling for 5 years. She is
CPR, and ARC First Aid Certified.
